I'm a certified personal trainer and yoga teacher based in New York City with over 25 years of experience. My clientele spans from 45 to 85 years old. My focus is on enhancing quality of life through movement. I offer personalized in-home, or in a gym with client access, training in Brooklyn and Manhattan. Together, we create a tailored program based on your goals, fitness level, and medical history, ensuring safety and effectiveness.

Specializing in adults aged 40 and above, I believe in mitigating age-related declines through the right program and mindset. Drawing from my own journey of overcoming injuries sustained from various physical pursuits, including dance and gymnastics, I offer a unique perspective on rehabilitation and recovery. Aging demands a shift in how we care for our bodies, and I'm passionate about guiding clients through this transition.
